This terms policy applies to all services provided by DTDC Packers and Movers across India. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Service Agreement
By booking with DTDC Packers and Movers, you agree to provide accurate inventory, pickup/drop addresses and contact details. Our quote is valid for 7 days from issue date.
Payment Terms
- Advance: 25-30% at booking
- Balance: On delivery (before unloading)
- Corporate: 30-day credit available with GST invoicing (GSTIN: available on request)
Liability & Insurance
DTDC Packers and Movers's liability is limited to the declared value of goods or actual damage incurred, as per IBA guidelines and the transit insurance policy.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before move-day. After that, advance retention applies.
